If restarting the app doesn't help, try restarting your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Uninstall, then reinstall the app.

If all else fails, consider uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again. Just be aware that removing the app will erase any data stored by it.

I purchased the upgrade, but when I go into the app it doesn't show all the coloring books I should have access to.

To restore your purchase open the app on your device, tap the Store button, then Restore, then Restore Purchases. If you enter the same Apple ID that you used to initially purchase the coloring books, the app will start downloading the content.
